Perfect for my needsMicheleI have purchased these before and they are perfect for covering a window fast. You just secure them at the top right to the inside of your window and let them drop. They have 2 plastic clips to hold the shade up when not needed and my other purchases are still in use.
Not 74 inches AnnaThe description says 39 1/4”x 74 3/4”.
It’s about 39.5” x 65-66” long. Fully stretched . I don’t think that tape will hold that stretch. The folds bend when pulled that tight.
you get what you pay forOliviaI actually really love the design of these, they’re a simple shade that’s easy to install, with no string or cord to break, tangle, or get eaten by my cats! It’s takes a couple extra seconds to put them up or down with the clips than a traditional blind, but for the price i’m willing to compromise that slight inefficiency, and it makes opening the blinds feel like a morning ritual.
CONS:
The velcro is VERY strong, while the material of the blinds is surprisingly fragile. The first time I opened them I ripped the fabric because I couldn’t get the velcro to unstick. Since then, i’ve made sure i’m ONLY pulling on the velcro and not putting any pressure on the material as it rips VERY easily!!
Good temp blindsBelenThese are good temp blinds. The glue is suuuper strong though, so I recommend putting painters tape down first wherever you’ll stick them to so they are easy to remove.
Giving it 4 stars because the “clips” that come with them fall off 9/10 times so I ended up using hair clips to keep the blinds up
Horrible clips JoyceBought these for my bedroom to reduce sunlight and while it did a great job on that the clips that come with it are cheap and flimsy. They come undone easily which can be frustrating trying to put one up while the other falls comes flying off. Wish ikea would’ve used a better solution for this.
Great temporary blackout blindsLoriPerfect for this hot summer to block the sun. No good way to really keep them up. The little pieces of plastic they come with do not work.
Simple and effectiveJinI don’t count how many times I’ve reorder this one. The bottom line is with taps too. Make it even better than before. I will keep to order it when it is time to replace it. Good items.

Damages Windowsills & Doesn’t Last Long Anonymous reviewerIf you have toddlers, these will be broken within a few days of installing. The Velcro that sticks to your sill will rip up any paint and damage the sill when it is pulled off. In my opinion it’s clipping the curtains up isn’t convenient for everyday life; it’s too cumbersome a task. The pleats loose their shape after a few weeks and just start to look cheap. The blackout set is a little better but I would just opt out for a traditional blind or curtain set.

The best choice for when you need privacy but still want lots of lightGraceOur rental house is located very close to the road -- our front living room window is literally right up against the sidewalk. I've struggled for years trying to find the right combination of curtains that allow lots of light in while offering total privacy, as the living room gets great morning light that I didn't want to get rid of with blackout curtains. These do exactly that. I cannot see when people are walking by (great for keeping my dog quiet), and no one can see into our house at night. Plus they're dirt cheap. They're not the most attractive or high end option, but they work great situated on the inside of the window with nice drapey curtains over them.
