Quality controlLisaPoor quality control. I ordered 4 of these blinds in 2021 and they were perfect. Just ordered another set to put up in a different location and half are damaged - the line of tape holding the bottom of the blind is twisted, stuck to packaging and unusable on more than half of them. I thought it would be an easy fix with double-sided tape - it isn't. I have no confidence that going through the trouble of a mail return would result in a better outcome - it seems like a switch to a new material or supplier to drive down costs means poor quality.
Great product for the priceAnonymousI love these little shades for keeping the hot afternoon sun out of my house. They are somewhat sheer but enough to do the job. They aren’t as heavy duty as solar shades would be but, for the price, they can’t be beat.

Love themErica1. They don’t come with screws, you have to use your own.
2. Push the bottom plastic out to clip the finger pull onto the fabric and then push the plastic bottom pole back through.
For the price, these can look really nice and they block out enough where my neighbors can’t see into my house. Wish there were more width options so I could use them in other rooms.
Nice clean design but can't fix mechanism when it breaksAnneI purchased six of these shades and was very happy with the quality and value. A year later they cost nearly twice as much, and the ratchet and pawl mechanism on one shade has broken inexplicably and cannot be fixed. It's unfortunate to throw the whole thing away instead of being able to swap out a component.
