Zero starGeetaI would give zero star if possible. Total waste of money and more importantly time. My current doesn't roll back up after pulling down, there aren't many videos on YouTube to help with this issue. I am not sure if it's defective or not installed properly. Either way I wasted enough time. Instruction booklet with pictures is totally useless as well.
Light-Filled and Elegant for Daytime UseBeckyThese were very easy to install, especially with the included guide strip. They are completely sheer as described, which was perfect for my space. I love that they let in natural light without clearly seeing my neighbors’ yard during the day. The trade-off is nighttime privacy—when lights are on, they don’t block visibility from outside. Rolling them up and down is effortless and smooth.
it’s see thru - no privacyJeffreyI bought this to add privacy for my front door which has a large glass window. unfortunately, you can see right thru it. there’s no privacy at all. when i was at the palo alto store , it was the one blind they didn’t have on display and sales person recommended buying and returning if it wasn’t what i expected. so i guess i will have to do the long wait return line :-(

Quality controlLisaPoor quality control. I ordered 4 of these blinds in 2021 and they were perfect. Just ordered another set to put up in a different location and half are damaged - the line of tape holding the bottom of the blind is twisted, stuck to packaging and unusable on more than half of them. I thought it would be an easy fix with double-sided tape - it isn't. I have no confidence that going through the trouble of a mail return would result in a better outcome - it seems like a switch to a new material or supplier to drive down costs means poor quality.
Great product for the priceAnonymousI love these little shades for keeping the hot afternoon sun out of my house. They are somewhat sheer but enough to do the job. They aren’t as heavy duty as solar shades would be but, for the price, they can’t be beat.
