Simple, Clean, BeautifulMarielThis is my second RAST pine chest and I love it. The raw wood is beautiful and gives off a lovely clean wood smell. I use a little wood wax to protect and condition it but you could paint this very easily. It looks like a high-end piece and you can easily change out the knobs.5
Do not purchase unless you like wasting timeElainaI wouldn't buy this product for my worst enemy. I didn't even pass step 1 of assembly and I consider myself pretty competent when it comes to assembling furniture. This product is so poorly made it's unbelievable. I got splinters just from taking it out of the box. I can't imagine spending more time and effort assembling it and making it look nice. I'd rather build it from scratch. Seriously, unless you like getting frustrated and wasting time, don't buy this.1

Didn't last a yearMeganThe hardware that the drawers slide in and out on is plastic. We bought 2 of these, and for a couple drawers, this plastic hardware completely snapped in half after less than a year of usage. Nothing heavy in the drawers, just kids clothes. Now the drawers sit crooked and we can't pull out the drawer below without manually adjusting the broken drawers. It's no longer workable and we now have to buy something else. The drawers are also very small and don't pull out very far just as an FYI, but that wasn't an issue for us as we were looking for a small space item.2
East Bureau MarcioIt's ok for the price but it's a bit fragile. Right after completing the assembly, one of the drawers started coming apart and the plastic drawer sliders are not very smooth. 3

Not even able to assemble itYichunProbably the worst piece of furniture I got from IKEA. One of the accessories is missing but the worst part is I was not even able to put the screw in, by hand or by electric screwdriver. I had to take every disassembled and make a trip to return it. I even didn't know why I needed to pay the delivery fee at the first place. 1

MehAmyI have purchased three of these and had them about a year and here is my experience. Putting them together was pretty easy. I stained them and they looked great. But they just dont last. I am having issues with the bottoms of the drawers staying in and one of the fronts on a drawer broke and was not repairable nor is there an option to replace it. For the price they are ok. But considering how long they didnt last I feel they are over priced. I am needed something like these for another project and unfortunaly as much as I would like these for that project, I will be looking at more sturdy options. Even if those options are more expensive. Sometimes you just get what you pay for. 3
Has potential....PavelBought this for my kid and looks great with just the natural wood look. After putting it together it was not very squared. My main complaint is the drawers don't open or extend out very much making it difficult to see or place items in the back. As far as the price, I assumed it was lower since the finish is raw, but as I was putting it together it didn't feel like the engineering quality was also stripped. It has potential. 2
Good for small spacesClintonI recently bought a house, the rooms are smaller so I need a dresser that was more compact. The assembly isn’t terrible, stone if the pre-drilled holes were not drilled properly so had to drill them out to work. The drawers actually are holding up well. I work in conversation and they hold my jeans well. Haven’t had any issues with the dresser4
More than half wasted spaceTrennaAside from the other comments, do the math on the 1.9 cubic feet of storage space vs. the many more cubic feet of space the dresser takes up. The drawers are so cheaply made they don't even hold anything. Better off getting a shelf unit with containers or pretty much anything else. Just one big Kuggis holds about as much as this dresser. 1
WorstBrendaThe worst dresser. Not too bad to assemble, but the plastic part was slightly bent and the screw wasn’t easy to drill in. The plastic thing didn’t last long. I bought 3 of these dressers and one of them 4 of the plastic things that hold the drawer broke so my son has them to the side of the dresser. From the other two we also had 2 of the plastic things brake. I had to add extra screws. Oh and to put the plastic things it only some with 2 screws even though it has 4 holes. So not very sturdy. Anyway the words dresser ever. Don’t buy it. I would rate it negative 5. 1
The worst assembly experience GargiThe plastic parts are all slightly bent making it almost impossible to assemble. Also these did not have holes deep enough to put screws in. Things don’t fit together too well and it’s not sturdy.1
Overall OKMadelineThis was challenging to assemble. The drawers also don't quite stay aligned to the sliders. It works ok if you don't have to open it often. 3
