Perfect for a dorm room!EmilyWe bought this piece for our son for his dorm room (and one for his roommate). They are perfect! Sturdy and durable, but also practical for a dorm room to add extra storage and serve as a bedside table. The price was also great!

Use as a big nightstand-so far going greatIsmeneBeen using this for about a year as a bedside table. I was about to deliver and wanted all my things right next to my bed but not in a cart and not on top of my bedside stand. This was a great option for me. Easy enough to follow the directions to put together though you need the space and patience for it. But I did it mostly myself at 8 months pregnant.
Breaks QuicklyChrisQuality of outer drawer connection to rest of drawer is awful. constantly falls out and breaks. Not even sure I can repair it. A scam. Do not recommend

SolidErikaI really love the materials, strong & solid. The only slight issue for me are the instructions the materials pieces aren't marked, so I did mess up, so I had to undo some of my build. But thankfully Ikea items aren't tedious.

Strong chemical odorHuaPut lots of effort to assembe it. It looks good and function wll. But they smell bad, strong chemical odor after 2 weeks. In these 2 weeks, 2 fans working in the room, windows were opened. Very disapointed.
Forced safety sytem on 4 foot dresser.... awful JasperI dont like the forced drawer locked mechanism that if one opens the rest cant and the only way to disable it is to drill into a wall. I now i have to slap a peice of play wood and a different sized screw on the back to disable it or rip off the railing. Id appreciate it if it was toggle option but this is just forced by making people drill into a wall for such a short dresser. Otherwise well made.
Not the same grey green as the hemnesBryanI bought this cause it said the color is Grey-green which matches the hemnes I bought. Turns out even though ikea labeled them both Grey green its not the same Grey green. This one is darker and more Grey. Should be called Grey Grey green or something. Boo!
