      MATILDA sheer curtains in white have delicate stripes infused with bubbly stitching to up the charm. The fabric lets light pass through and awards privacy. The multi header is suitable for rod or rail.

      The sheer fabric diffuses daylight and softens glare on TV/screens. You are connected to the world outside and feel a sense of privacy during the day. Ideal for layered solutions with curtains or blinds.

      The 84¼" length is ideal if you want to hang the curtain above the window. A simpler look and practical solution that does not block heaters under the window.

      The fabric in recycled polyester is easy-care and retains its colors ‒ wash after wash.

      Curtains with heading tape allow you to hang the curtain directly on the curtain rod using the rod pocket or tabs. You can also hinge the curtain onto a track rail using gliders and hooks.

      Using gliders and hooks usually creates a more formal and dressed-up feel, where hardware is not visible.

      The heading tape makes it easy for you to create pleats using RIKTIG curtain hooks.

      The VIDGA track rail system holds curtains with heading tape using gliders and hooks. By combining it with RIKTIG hooks, you can create an elegant curtain display. Thanks to its versatility, VIDGA can be mounted on either the wall or ceiling.

      Unsure how many curtains you need? Multiply the rod/track width by 1.5 for a light look, 2 for more fullness, or 2.5 for an extra full look. Then divide by the width of a single curtain and round up.

      In the daytime, people outdoors can perceive shapes and silhouettes indoors. At night, when the room is lit, people outdoors can see in.

      Suitable for combining with room darkening or block-out curtains or roller blinds when you want to limit or block out light entering the room.

      Since the fabric will shrink when washing it is a good idea to wash the curtains prior to cutting/hemming.

      Use SY iron-on hemming strip to shorten the curtains without sewing.

      Poor QualityMarshaLet me preface this negative review with a caveat: I kept the curtains. These sheers have lovely little stripes with raised dots. The dots were missing at irregular intervals — not a deal breaker as very few people are going to examine your curtains to that level of detail, but just a reminder that the curtains are certainly far from perfect. Most unnerving is the difference in length. One panel of a set was 1 1/2 inches longer than the other. I bought six sets of these curtains and three of the six sets were of unequal length — 1/2 inch, 1 inch difference, and 1 1/2 difference. Also, some stitiching at the top of two curtains were not completed, leaving a flapping inch of unsewn edge. I sew. So, I was able to fix these issues (not the missing dots, but unfinished seams and uneven lengths were fixable). The point is, though, I shouldn’t have needed to fix them.2
      Polyester now!AllisonI am beyond disappointed that IKEA has changed these from 100% cotton to 100% polyester. The world is already suffering from a microplastic crisis - IKEA doesn't need to add to it with more polyester fibers. These were wonderful in cotton, with good drape and texture, washability. I am so disappointed that IKEA seems to be reducing its offering of 100% cotton textiles. IKEA used to be my go-to. I have purchased a couple dozen packages of 100% cotton IKEA curtains over the years, but now I'll have to look for more options elsewhere.1

      Claim to be 84 inches long but length is really 80 inchesMorganDimensions are incorrect and curtains are 4 inches shorter than described on package and tag. Threads are also hanging off and looks like someone tried to correct some stitching that was done too close to the edge but then didnt trim the threads and it looks a mess.1
      Heading tape failEmilyThe heading tape loops don’t come to the edges of the curtain so on either side there is a weird droop. If you care about details, this ruins the look. You can use the pocket - which also changes the appearance in an undesirable way.2
      Incorrect sizingKathrynThe curtains themselves were great, but I ordered 118” and they were only 108”! That was so frustrating as I don’t live close to an IKEA and I couldn’t just return them. What a waste.1
      Not the same lengthVeronicaI love the color but when I got them hung I noticed they were all different lengths! One panel is easily four inches longer than the shortest: the others are ~1-2 inches longer than the shortest. Very noticeable and not usable unless I hem them. I don’t want to have to hem store bought curtains. Do I have to buy more to see if I can get four panels the same length???1
      from 100% cotton to 100% polyesterPeytonthis is a sad review for me to make. I have the previous edition of these curtains I got a few months ago that were 100% cotton, but now they’re made of 100% polyester. they used to be soft and smelt fresh but now they smell bad and feel scratchy. they 3 stars because they still look nice but the decline in quality took away the other 2. 3
