Beautiful Celulars BUT…MarthaI ordered these Celular Blinds and we were totally Surprized the quality and sleek look. I also wish they made these in Bigger sizes but the problem is they didn’t last long as far as Retracting slowly started going up less and less with couple months they only retract to half size and I need them to retract completely all the way up like they did when first ordered
They have like rubber elastics in the mechanism and maybe the manufacturer could use a better quality are the elastic material that they use. Otherwise I love them, but I will be getting my money back if they don’t retract this is my second set. I have on trial.3
Very subtle, yet elegantAnonymousThey were so easy to hang, they filter the light beautifully, they look so much more expensive than they are. I would have given them a 5 but my DR table is in front of the window so it is a little tricky getting that one to be level . My neighbor's saw it, went to buy a set.4

This broke in less than a year. Do not recommendMordechaiI bought this product in December and it didn't even last one year. The temperature swings outside caused the plastic to crack and the spring broke. Previously I had bought it and it at least lasted a few years but now quality has gone down.1

Breaks within a month WhitneyWe bought our house and it had these blinds installed. Two of them broke so I replaced them since I liked the look and how easy they were to lift and lower. Now, within a month of purchasing they are already breaking again. Waste of money and very dissapointed. 1

Almost perfectAstraI really like the Hoppvals blinds from Ikea, especially given how pricey other options are. They're relatively easy to install and open and close smoothly. My only criticism is that some of them aren't properly aligned on the bottom - hard to explain - the bottom plastic piece extends out further on one side (not glued on properly). Even with this flaw, I would recommend these blinds. 4

Broke on its own in less than 2 yrs.JoseAs others have mentioned, the plastic hooks that hold the spring in place to provide the tension and ability to push up the blind become weaker over time and can suddenly break.
The one in my bedroom broke, and I didn't realize it until several days later when I tried to push it up. That's when I finalized realized what the loud noise I heard from the room area a few days earlier was.
I didn't operate the blind in my bedroom on a daily basis, it was mostly kept down most of the time. I guess if your default usage on the blind is to have it down, it will accelerate how soon will it be for the plastic hooks to fail.
These are not cheap though, so it is very disappointing to seem them fail with so little usage.1
