Not nonstick and it flakes off!KiraI bought four of these pans about six weeks ago. I use them frequently during the week. Food sticks to them all the time even if I grease them first. I have to soak them to get the food off. But when I started to soak them to wash, the nonstick coating began bubbling up and flaking off the pans. They have only been hand washed. I came back to the website to see if maybe I misread or misunderstood care instructions. But sadly I have not! I can tolerate the fact that they aren't non stick. But the flaking off part is the main issue here.1
