Silicon - no microplasticsMaryI like that this is a silicon head. That means higher heat and no microplastics. I have quite a few of these, and abuse them terribly, but they hold up much longer than plastic.

best spatualaMaryI bought this spatula in 2021 and it's my favorite. it has the perfect flexibility for cleaning out pots and containers. The other ones i have are not flexible enough. I have a small cut on the edge ( my fault when scraping down the mixer with out turning off). Anyway, I went to the mall yesterday and went to each home store and department store but could not find a suitable replacement. I'm so glad they still have it.
