Love the whisk, but can’t get it out of the storeKevinI swear on my grandmothers grave that every time I go to purchase this whisk, it never makes it out of the store with me. It’s a great whisk, lots of whisking potential, yet have not experienced said whisk-ness. I’m not even joking, me and my friend both have tried purchasing this whisk. Adds a hint of old dirty dishwater to any recipe!NathanI really like this whisk, at least I must like it because I haven’t thrown it in the garbage despite the fact that the hollow metal handle fills with old dishwater that inevitably trickles out and down the wires when it heats up from the warmth of a hand or being held above a simmering pan of gravy. It looks better than my cheap rusty wire ones I’ve had for years, but every time I grab the IKEA whisk I get about 20 seconds into whisking my sauce or roux and realize there’s rancid old dishwater trickling out of it and go back for the old whisk.
