This one was different than my first oneCaroleI bought one of these pillows and it was perfection. It was soft, moldable, and flat, which is exactly what I like. After trying it for a while, I decided to buy a second one and much to my surprise, It’s like a whole different pillow. The edges are stiff, it’s probably twice as thick as the first one. I gave it a little time thinking maybe that’s how my other one was at first and I just didn’t remember it but it’s completely unusable. I do not have any idea how there could be such a difference.2

Not what was described in store CaleyThe product description online, now that I’m seeing it, seems accurate. However, I bought this in-store, where it was in the high support/back- and side-sleeper section. I swear the tag matched to a display there of the same name, which felt entirely different. I can’t sleep on this regularly, but I suppose it’s better than some of my current exterior pillows, so I’ll cut my losses. 3
I love my pillowOmarI sleep on my back, my side and my stomach. This pillow works for all. I don’t like to spend money on pillows. My usual pillow costs like $10. So this pillow was a splurge. And it reminds me of the Marriott hotel pillows (which I love). I like my pillows to be flatish. I sometimes don’t even use a pillow at all. But I prefer one. It helps when I sleep on my side sometimes. Or when I’m stuffy to prop my head. But my pillow can’t be too flat becuase for some reason my ear hurts then. So this pillow is perfect because it’s puffy, but when you lay your head it, feel just right. No ear pain. No neck strain. Not flat and not firm. It’s just right, at least for me. Plus I got it when it was 15 or 20% off bedding so that was bonus :-)5

How to care for your down/feather pillow

With a little care, you can prolong the life of your down/feather pillow and keep it fresh. The filling has a natural smell which can be reduced by airing or washing. Wash the pillow separately with a mild detergent (1/3 of the normal amount) on delicate cycle at 140°F. Avoid bleach/fabric softeners. Tumble dry immediately on low heat. A dryer ball or a high-quality tennis ball in the dryer make drying mor efficient. Air your pillow regularly, if possible, in direct sunlight.
