Pillow useRuthWhen we were in the store the pillow felt soft yet firm, just the feel we were searching for. So we bought multiple and discarded our old ones.
The first day we started using the new pillow we were disappointed. The material within separated into various size lumps of material. So instead of laying in a pillow we are laying on lumps.
