The fabric blocks out all light and glare on TV/screens. It gives complete privacy as shapes or light cannot be perceived from outside and the transition between day/night cannot be distinguished
Perfect for people who are sensitive to light during sleep, anytime of the day.
The fabric in recycled polyester is easy-care and retains its colors ‒ wash after wash.
Curtains with heading tape allow you to hang the curtain directly on the curtain rod using the rod pocket or tabs. You can also hinge the curtain onto a track rail using gliders and hooks.

You have to know HOW to work with these curtains LisaI have seen so many people complain. These are $15 black out panels - that is a STEAL!
If you read my review - yours will be a 5 star too (also not an ad - I just know and like design)
Wash and dry (on delicate) for starters. You’ll need a steamer or hairdryer too (low heat)
You’ll also need rolls of paper towels or toilet paper. Some type of cardboard round so you can SEPARATE the pleats.
Also, this is a process. You want it to look like $15 and then complain, your loss.
These are worth the effort.
So don’t use the ikea tread things. A regular curtain rod will do. You file in 1-2 curtain parts of the ikea backing THEN add those toilet paper rolls. Keep repeating the process. I do 2 ones threads and then 1 toilet paper (which are cut into 1/3)
Then you have to work out the pleats after they’re hung. Let them sit for over 24 hours before you hem.

Blackout curtainsCeliaI really like that they are super light weight. I found it strange that they have like a plastic backing. That was unusual. I do have to say, it had pin size holes in it. I believe it had about 4 total. If I didn’t point them out you wouldn’t know they were there. Color was good too

Great looking blackout curtainsFranciscoInstalled in my daughter's room which is decorated in pink. Very easy installation using the IKEA rod and hardware. Length was perfect for the chosen window to the floor. We used two sections of curtains because we also used the IKEA hooks that plead the curtain. Blackout is perfect.

The major drawback are the creases and fold lines I tried washing per instructions, but the lines were still there. Spent a lot of time ironing, sprayed with Downy wrinkle care, nothing budged. Will the creases eventually fall out from hanging?
Worst PurchaseLeonardThere are holes at the back that make it not totally blackout. Do not buy! Cheap quality cloth the back seal is peeling off as you wash it there will be more stars/holes. feels like disposable curtains to me.

Best blackout curtainMariWhere I live there are a lot of lights at night. This curtain blocks out EVERYTHING. I have to feel my way to my door if I get up in the middle of the night. It does have a couple of spots where light shines through, but they are very small. This is the best curtain. Very lightweight.

Works Great Easy to InstallPaulGot these for a window which is 44" wide with two per window they fit great and when you slide them to the side they are ~3" so very manageable. They fully block out light and are easy to hang up on the rod, if you want an affordable curtain these are the ones for you. No real complaints or issues with them.
