Can I return a product without proof of purchase, such as a receipt?
Sometimes it's hard to keep track of your receipts. If you registered as an IKEA Family member during the purchase, log into your IKEA Family account to find your complete purchase history.

Not an IKEA Family member? Contact us and we'll try to find your receipt using your purchase information (date of purchase, amount of the transaction, last 4 digits of the card used and store of purchase).
