Can I return or exchange IKEA products purchased abroad?
You can return IKEA products at the store of your choice, even if it was purchased abroad. We will offer the return onto a refund card. To make it easier for us to process your request, please have your proof of purchase ready.
If you're unable to visit an IKEA store, we offer the possibility of returning products by home collection for a fee. Read about our return policy here.
