Can I return a product to a Collection Point?
If you have placed your order to a Collection Point, you cannot at this time return to the same location.
At this time, IKEA Plan and Order Points or other similar locations like a Collection Point are not full IKEA stores, and therefore cannot process returns. If you have purchased an item from any of these location types and wish to make a return, you can either visit your nearest IKEA store or contact IKEA Customer support in a number of ways by clicking here.
