Do I have to disassemble my furniture before I can return it?

It’s ok to change your mind. You can return assembled merchandise to your local IKEA store as long as it’s within our return policy and the items are in new condition.

You can return assembled products within our return policy if they are in new and unused condition.  Return to your local IKEA store with your original proof of purchase. Please return all pieces including hardware and assembly manuals. If your items are found to be used, damaged, scratched, stained, or altered in any way, we will be unable to provide you with a refund.

Are you returning your products via Truck delivery?

If you are returning your merchandise through our Truck delivery services, you must have all items being returned disassembled and packaged ahead of your scheduled pick-up time. If your items are not disassembled, we will not be able to perform the pick-up and a new date will need to be scheduled.
