What is Click & Collect?
Buy online, then pick up at an IKEA branded location, such as a store, Plan & Order Point, and planning studios within certain Best Buy locations.
If you'd like to purchase your items online and collect them (instead of delivery), select the Click & collect option during checkout. With this service, you can order and pay online, then choose a pick-up location and date within the next few days (based on capacity). You'll receive an email once your order is ready for pick up. Please wait for the email confirming your order is ready before going to the store or collection point. Store pick-up orders may be held for up to 24 hours after receiving the "ready for pick up" email, or up to 5 days at a collection point.
Click & collect is free for all customers in the United States (excluding IKEA Merriam and IKEA Las Vegas). At IKEA Merriam and IKEA Las Vegas IKEA Family members qualify for free Click & collect. Not an IKEA Family member? Click & collect at IKEA Merriam and IKEA Las Vegas starts at $2.

With Click & Collect, you place your order online and then pick up your items at an IKEA store or a designated Collection Point. This delivery option is ideal if you’re flexible with self‑collection, want to avoid home delivery fees, or if you’d like to pick up your order at your convenience. This may be particularly useful if you are close to an IKEA store or if a secure delivery to your home is not feasible in your area.
