What happens if I can't pick up my Pickup Point order on the date it was scheduled?

We understand that things happen, and we want you to have the best experience possible. However, if you cannot pick up your order, we can still resolve this issue.

If you cannot pick up your Pickup Point package within five (5) days of the scheduled date, we will return your order, and a refund will be made to the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase.

It is important to note that this differs from Click & Collect orders which are picked up at a specific store location. These orders are only held for 24 hours from the scheduled pickup date/time.
