How do I pick-up my order?
You can choose your items on www.ikea.com/us/en, pay for your order online, choose a local pick-up point, a date for pickup from the dates offered, then go to the local pick-up point to collect your order.
You will receive an email and/or SMS notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up at your local pick-up point location. You must provide your order number and a valid government-issued photo ID to receive your order.
