I'm not able to pick up my Click & Collect order. May I change the pickup person?
As long as the order hasn't been placed, an alternate pickup person may be designated prior to submitting payment.
Currently, designating an alternate collector for a Click & Collect order is only possible during the online check-out process. If you’re no longer able to pick up the order on your own, we recommend forwarding your purchase order to someone who can. We now only require the collector to have the purchase order on hand to make the pick up.
