What is a Local Pick-up Point?
We want to give customers more choices and flexibility in their online shopping experience at IKEA. The local pick-up option allows customers to choose to pick up their packages from a location that fits into their routines and ensures that packages won’t be left outside if they aren’t home.
Local pickup locations allow you, as the customer, to choose to pick up your IKEA order at secure FedEx locations and from our delivery providers' warehouse near you.

If something is missing after delivery or pick up from IKEA Click & Collect or a pick-up point, make sure to first check if your order has been split into multiple deliveries, as the missing item might still be on its way.
