Damaged product?
We’re sorry to hear this! If you found damage or missing parts after opening your product, we'll do our best to fix it. We may be able to ship replacement parts from one of our stores based on the size and quantity. For the quickest resolution, we recommend visiting an IKEA store with the damaged part(s) with your order confirmation or receipt. If you're missing parts, bring the assembly document to identify the missing part(s) along with your order confirmation or receipt. If you're not able to visit an IKEA store, please type "talk to an agent" to be connected to our resolutions team.
