What if I need to change the date of pickup or can't make it? What will happen with my order?

If Customers are unable to retrieve Click & Collect orders, you have 24 hours from receipt of pick up email to retrieve it.

Customers have up to 24 hours to pick up the merchandise from the confirmation email of the pickup date. Please note, you cannot make any modifications to Click & Collect orders once the picking has been completed.
