Unable to use the itemRachelThe hooks do not sit firmly in the holes, they keep dropping out. I asked my contractor to glue them in but they are not secured.
HangerDLove this item. Initially wanted to use 3M to stick it onto the wall rather than drill a hole. However, realised that the wood is not completely flat hence not able to do it. For this reason we gave 4 stars. However , once drilled into the wall, it looks nice & keeps my stuff off the floor.
Can be improvedAmeliaIt's supposed to be an easy and straight forward installation but not all of the pegs fit the pre-drilled hole. This made it hard to screw the pegs after. Had to settle with some loose pegs.
