The 2 levels allow you to dry different things separately on a small table or worktop surface, but the trays can also be detached and used individually.

You can easily lift off the upper part when you need to access the contents.

With the KÖSSEBÄR collection, we want to inspire you to preserve all the flavours of summer. Here are tools and jars that make the work easy and fun. It's also fun ─ and with the handmade and decorative food drying rack that I created for the KÖSSEBÄR collection, it's also easy since the two trays have braided bottoms that allow air to circulate. I hope it will inspire you to harness everything that nature has to offer. The way things were done long before fridges and freezers."
