One of two pillow is completely flatEduardI bought two identical GAFFELKLOCKA ergonomic pillows (low version) at the same time. After just two weeks of use, the difference between them is shocking. As you can clearly see from the side-by-side photo, one is nearly 50% thinner than the other.To make matters worse, the filling in the flat pillow has already clumped up into lumps. There is absolutely no support. It completely bottoms out, and I feel like I'm sleeping directly on the mattress. This is either a major manufacturing defect or a massive drop in IKEA's quality standards. Unacceptable.
