How can I work at IKEA?

The process of consulting vacancies and submitting applications is simple and can be done through our website.

At IKEA, we believe that everyone has something unique to offer. So we have a special recruitment process to help us find the right people and to help you find the right role.

When you find a role that is of interest to you, we encourage you to apply. We will respond within 30 days. If the interest is mutual, the next step is an interview.

For some functions, you may be asked to take a test that will assess your cognitive abilities, technical skills or behaviors. The process will then continue with additional interviews, including one with your potential direct guardian. Throughout the process, we share results and opinions with you.
