Why is my kitchen design locked?
Your design may be locked because an IKEA co-worker is working with you and importing the design into our sales system. This is a normal part of the process when you're planning your kitchen with our assistance.
But don’t worry — you can still continue working on your project! Just create a copy of the locked design and carry on with your ideas.
It’s simple! Follow these steps:
- Go to the IKEA Kitchen Planner homepage.
- Navigate to the “My Designs” section and click on the “Locked” tab.
- Find the design that is locked and click “Create a copy.”
- Give it a new name and continue planning your dream kitchen!
