How do I join IKEA Family?

It's great to know you want to be part of the IKEA Family! Joining is free, simple and gives you immediate access to a world of benefits, offers and rewards.

How to join:

  • Online: The quickest way to join is by doing so on the IKEA website  or by downloading the IKEA app. Simply fill in your personal details such as name and email address and choose a password to become a member.  
  • In store: Talk to an IKEA co-worker in the store, and they can guide you through the process. 

What you should take into account:

  • Age Requirement: Membership is open to everyone who is at least 18 years old. 
  • One account per person: To ensure the best experience and that all your points and receipts are organised in one place, each person should only have one IKEA Family account. You can't join two different accounts or transfer information like your purchase history between accounts.
Once you join, you can manage your membership and select benefits online by simply logging in to your IKEA Family account.  
The IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network are separate memberships that cannot be combined

Can IKEA Business Network members enjoy the benefits of the IKEA Family?

No. IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network are separate memberships and cannot be applied to the same purchase. If you choose to make a purchase through IKEA Business Network, you will enjoy benefits that are specifically designed for business members.
