My items “disappeared” from my shopping basket. What can I do?
When choosing your products, you sometimes end up putting some things in favourites and others in the shopping basket.
When items disappear from your shopping cart, it's important to check that they haven't been accidentally moved to your favorites list or your session has expired, which can happen if you've been inactive on the site for an extended period of time.
Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser and that cookies are enabled, as this can help keep items in your basket.
If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, contact us so we can help.
