What do I do if I have a damaged product for my Kitchen?

Bring the complete product and purchase receipt to IKEA store next to you. If it is an appliance that is not working properly, make sure the warranty is valid and contact our service provider (check which one in the equipment manuals). When contacting us, you must indicate the reference of the IKEA item and the model/serial number.
