I received a damaged product in my order. What can I do?
If you received your order and a product is damaged, you have up to 48 hours after delivery to report any issue through your IKEA Family profile. Alternatively, you can also take the product to one of our stores.

Online is faster:
- Go to Track and manage order or access via Purchase History
- Select the order
- Click on Make a claim
- Follow the steps for a replacement or refund
Prefer to go to a store?
Take the damaged item to any IKEA store (marked on the map with A )* along with the purchase invoice.
If you are missing a part, just bring a copy of the assembly guide showing the missing part, and we’ll provide it. We’ll be happy to help.
