The product I bought has a defective or damaged part. What can I do?
You can bring the item to one of our IKEA stores in Alfragide, Loures, Matosinhos, Braga, and Loulé, presenting the purchase receipt to collect the missing part or exchange it if damaged.
If you have detected that an item is missing, damaged or broken in your order, go to one of our IKEA stores (marked on the map with A )*with the proof of purchase. Please also bring the complete item in case it is damaged. If you are missing a part, simply bring a copy of the assembly guide showing the part and we will deliver it to you.
If you are unable to go to the store or if your order has been delivered to your home, contact us and ask to speak to our after-sales team. You will also need to have your proof of purchase at hand.
Any incident arising from the delivery service, please inform us within 48 hours of the service being provided. If any item is missing or damaged, please contact us.
We will be happy to help.
