“My idea with BACKSÄLEN was to design a sofa that really makes you want to pull your legs up under you and snuggle up into a cozy ball. The loose fit of the upholstery gives the sofa a life of its own, somewhat like a fluffy cloud. To feel generous and embracing, the sofa has a deep seat and armrests that open up like a hug for you. I hope people personalise it with soft cushions and throws they like so it suits their own home and decor!"
