It’s safe to shop at IKEA

While we welcome you back to our stores, we are committed to ensure the well-being of our customers and co-workers. We are doing our part and have secured all necessary preventive measures in our stores to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, such as social distancing, thermal scanner and hand sanitiser. Customers are also required to wear a mask at all times in the stores.

The Ministry of Health and National Security Council with support from the Police strongly discourage senior citizens and young children from visiting crowded public places. This is to help the most vulnerable among us to stay safe at home, and our stores remain a safe place for you and your family to shop. We understand that adjusting to a new normal has been challenging. At IKEA, we support Malaysians in creating an affordable, better everyday life at home. Stay inspired, stay safe.
