Mechanics :

• Get one RM1,000 IKEA gift card for every RM12,000 spent on a METOD kitchen.
• Get one RM200 IKEA gift card for every RM2,500 spent on a KNOXHULT kitchen. 

Terms and Conditions:  

1. This promotion is made available by Ikano Handel Sdn Bhd (“IKEA”) to all IKEA Malaysia customers and valid for complete METOD, and KNOXHULT kitchen solutions purchased from 20 November 2025 to 20 January 2026 (“Promotion period”, both dates inclusive), while stocks last.  
2. To qualify for the promotion, customers need to do the following: 
   1. For METOD kitchen:
      Spend a minimum of RM12,000 on a complete METOD kitchen solution in a single receipt, during the Promotion period in IKEA Malaysia stores and online at IKEA.my. For every RM12,000 spent, customers will receive one RM1,000 IKEA gift card, for use on the next in-store purchase.  
   2. For KNOXHULT kitchen:
      Spend a minimum of RM2,500 on a complete KNOXHULT kitchen solution in a single receipt, during the Promotion period in IKEA Malaysia stores and online at IKEA.my. For every RM2,500 spent, customers will receive one RM200 IKEA gift card, for use on the next in-store purchase.  
      
      
3. Complete METOD kitchen solutions refer to METOD frames, and related kitchen fittings and accessories including doors, worktops, wall panels, drawers, appliances, kitchen sinks, water taps, door knobs/handles, bins and integrated lighting. 
   
   Complete KNOXHULT kitchen solutions refer to KNOXHULT cabinets, and related kitchen fittings and accessories including kitchen sinks, water taps, appliances, wall panels, door knobs/handles and bins. 
   
   Services such as picking, delivery, assembly and installation are not included in the promotion.     
4. To redeem the IKEA gift card, customers must produce the following that fulfills the criteria stated on clauses 1, 2 and 3 above, at the Exchange & Returns Counter located in the Customer Service area of IKEA Malaysia stores.
   
   - Original purchase receipt (for in-store purchases), or
   - Digital invoice (for online purchases)
   
   Other proof of purchase such as credit card slip and photocopy of receipt will not be accepted. Redemption of the IKEA Gift Card is from 20 November 2025 to 10 February 2026 (both dates inclusive). Any attempt to redeem the IKEA gift card after 10 February 2026 will not be accepted.
    
5. For online customers, the purchase receipt/invoice will be sent to the email address provided in the online order form, upon successful delivery of the purchase.  
   
   
6. The IKEA gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance and can only be used at IKEA Malaysia stores. 
    
7. The IKEA gift cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.  
   
   
8. Customers will be automatically disqualified, or IKEA may revoke the gift cards if IKEA in its sole discretion believe that the customer has tampered with the entry process, or have attempted to undermine the promotion mechanics by fraud, cheating or deception. 
   
   
9. In an event that customer returns any METOD/KNOXHULT products from the qualifying purchase resulting in a shortfall of the spend criteria, IKEA reserves the right to withdraw the gift card and deduct any used value from the refund amount or disqualify the redemption. IKEA Malaysia’s 365-day return policy does not apply to kitchen/electrical appliances and custom-made worktops.
   
   
10. IKEA reserves the right, on reasonable grounds, to reject the use of the IKEA gift card at any time. Reasonable grounds include any abuse or attempted abuse of the IKEA gift card; use or attempted use in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions; and any reasonable suspicion or dishonesty in connection with usage of the IKEA gift card. 
    
    
11. IKEA reserves the right to vary and amend the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
