Organiser, Duration & Eligibility

1. The ‘Inside Scoop x IKEA in-store campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Ikano Handel Sdn Bhd (Company No.: 201301044794 (1074617-K)) (“IKEA” or “Organiser”). The Campaign period is from 15 May 2026 to 22 May 2026 & 25 May 2026 to 29 May 2026 ("Campaign Period").
2. The Campaign is open to all IKEA customers, provided that they are an IKEA Family Member ("Participant / Participants").
3. The Organiser reserves the right to change the terms or duration of the Campaign at any time without notice.

How to Participate

4. To qualify, Participants must purchase a minimum of RM30 on home furnishing items in a single receipt at any IKEA Malaysia store during the Campaign Period (“Proof of Purchase”). This Campaign excludes online purchases, IKEA Food items, IKEA Gift Cards, and services (e.g., installation, assembly, delivery).

ONE (1) receipt is entitled to ONE (1) complimentary scoop of ice cream, subject to availability.

Each Participant is limited to one (1) scoop per day, regardless of the number of receipts produced.

Each receipt can only be used once and cannot be reused or split.

Participants must present their valid receipt at the ice cream redemption booth in-store during the Campaign Period to claim.

Participants may redeem the complimentary scoop at any time during the Campaign Period upon presentation of a valid receipt, subject to availability. Redemption does not need to occur on the same day of the qualifying purchase.

Campaign Mechanics & Allocation

5. All complimentary ice cream is subject to availability at the stores, while stocks last – first come first served.
6. The Organiser reserves the right to limit or refuse redemption where the Organiser reasonably believes that the Campaign mechanics have been breached.

Responsibilities & Rights of the Organiser

7. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Organiser’s decision on all matters related to the Campaign is final.
8. The Organiser is not responsible for any lost, damaged, incomplete, or invalid receipts.
