Great Budget Storage Fix for Small SpacesSiddharthI bought the IKEA STUK 7-compartment hanging storage because the all-metal wardrobe in my PG is dingy and doesn’t have enough usable space. I paired it with the IKEA RIGGA clothes rack, and the setup has worked better than expected for the price.
The 30x30x90cm size is a bit cramped, but it works well for lighter everyday items like handkerchiefs, innerwear, socks, a belt, cap, lock and key, cologne and shoe cleaner. The 5 larger compartments can hold around 25 folded shirts combined, while the 2 smaller ones can hold about 20–25 handkerchiefs together. It also leaves enough space on the rack to hang around 7 shirts and a pair of pants.
Build quality is good for Rs 799, and it is easy to install. The main drawback is the single Velcro loop at the top, which can make it tilt if the weight is unevenly placed. Not ideal for heavy clothes, but excellent for small-space organisation. A darker colour option would have been nice.
