Can I change my address on an IKEA delivery order?

Yes, we can make minor changes in the address, but not the pin codes.

We understand how much your IKEA product means to you, and we’re here to help!
We can assist you with minor corrections — such as updating a house, door or floor number. However, the delivery address pincode cannot be changed after an order has been placed.
Important: Please note that any changes or updates to your address once the order is placed, will only apply to your future orders.
 

Manage your account/order

  • IKEA Family/Business members can make necessary changes in your profile (including address, password, e-mail, and phone number) by logging into your account. 
  • Non-IKEA Family member: If you have not registered as an IKEA Family, you can access your order via Track & manage order (provide your order number and e-mail or phone number which you have used when placing the order) and find your order under 'Purchases'.
