I want to change my address; how do I update it?

To update your address, simply log in to your IKEA profile and make the changes yourself.

Managing your account takes just a few simple steps — here’s how!
IKEA Family/Business members can make necessary changes in your profile or manage your orders by logging into your account:
  1. Go to your IKEA Family or IKEA Business profile.
  2. Navigate to the 'Manage account' section.
  3. Update personal information, including your name, address, email, and marketing preferences.
Non-IKEA Family member: If you have not registered as an IKEA Family, you can access your order via Track & manage order (provide your order number and e-mail or phone number which you have used when placing the order) and find your order under 'Purchases'. We are able to accommodate minor address changes, however, pincode cannot be changed.
Important: Please note that the address used for an online order cannot be changed once the order is placed. Any updates to your address will only apply to future orders.
