Can I hold an excursion at your store?
Team visits to the store are allowed.
We welcome team visits and school excursions to our IKEA stores. However, please note that only customer-accessible areas are open to visitors.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, kindly ensure that students are appropriately supervised throughout the visit.
If you’re planning a visit, please email us at customer.support.in@ikea.com with the following details:

- Date of visit:
- Time of visit:
- Number of people:
- Contact person’s name:
- Contact number:
Once we receive your email, we will coordinate with the store team and get back to you regarding the approval of your visit.
