How do I find the location of a product in the store?

Website - To check if a product is available in-store, product details, and its location:

1. Visit our website or app.
2. Enter your postal code or select your preferred store location.
3. Search for your favourite article, and open its details page.
4. Look for 'How to get it' section, there, you’ll find 'in-store stock availability' of your selected location:

• For smaller items, it will show which 'Section/Department' to find them in.
• For larger items or flatpacks, it will display the aisle and shelf number to help you locate them easily at 'Self-service area' and pick them yourself.

Price Tags - To check the product details and its location:

1. Red tag: Used for 'Self-Serve' articles. These tags show the location details so you can pick up the product yourself from the 'Self-service area'.
2. Yellow tag: Used for 'Full-serve' articles, usually heavy or bulky products. After billing, you can collect these items from the 'Collection Point'.
3. Market Hall items: Most Market Hall products are smaller items, and their prices are usually displayed on stickers attached to the products. You may also ask a coworker for the article’s section or department.
