How do I find the location of a product in the store?

To check if a product is available in-store or its location:

1. Visit our website or app and search for the product you're interested in.
2. Click on the product to open its details page.
3. Just below the product name, look for the "How to get it" section.
4. There, you’ll find in-store stock availability for locations near you.
5. For smaller items, the website will show which department to find them in.
6. For larger items or flatpacks, it will display the aisle and shelf number to help you locate them easily in-store.

Note: Most items at IKEA are self-serve. However, for certain heavy or bulky products, you’ll receive them at the 'Collection Point' after purchase.
