What are the store hours?

We’re open every day from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Where exactly are you located?

Lower Ground Floor, Shop No. SH/LGF/23, Pacific Mall, Najafgarh Road, Tagore Garden, Khayala, New Delhi – 110018.

Is parking available?

Yes, Pacific Mall offers paid parking for customers.

Can I shop and take products home the same day?

Absolutely! Smaller home accessories (Cash & Carry items) can be taken home immediately. For larger furniture, our team will help you place an order for home delivery.

Can I order online and pick up in-store?

Yes – use our Click & Collect service, available daily from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Is there a restaurant?

Yes, there is an IKEA Bistro located near the exit.

Are wheelchairs available?

Yes, at the store entrance on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, enjoy free Wi-Fi while you shop.

Can I return a damaged or faulty article to this store?

Yes, returns are available for Cash & Carry items. For furniture returns, our Customer Support Centre is happy to assist you via chat or at 1800 419 4532.
