I have lost my physical IKEA Family card, where can I report it?
Don't worry! The card itself has no monetary value and there is no need to block it or request for a replacement, instead you can use the digital version of your card that you can find in your IKEA account on the IKEA app.

We no longer send out new physical cards. Instead, we recommend that you use the digital version of the card when shopping in-store or online.
Note: Also, you can look up your membership using your contact number or email address during your shopping checkout. Please ensure the details are up to date on your account.
