How do I delete my IKEA Family or IKEA Business account?
If you no longer want to be an IKEA Family member, you can log-in into your IKEA Family profile and choose to delete your account. For IKEA Business account deletion, please reach out to us by email.
We are sad to let you go. However, if you no longer wish to be an IKEA Family member, you can delete/cancel your membership yourself.
- Please log in to your IKEA account, navigate to 'Manage my account' and then clicking on 'Login & safety'.
- At the bottom of the page you will now be able to choose to close your account, this will happen only when the contact number and mobile number is verified.
Just to let you know, after closing your account, you will no longer be able to enjoy the benefits of the IKEA Family or Business membership, and all personal information including purchase history & Wishlist will be permanently deleted.
