How do I delete my IKEA Family or IKEA Business account?

If you no longer want to be an IKEA Family or IKEA Business member, you can log-in into your IKEA profile and choose to delete your account. For IKEA Business account deletion, please reach out to us by email.

IKEA Family Account Deletion:

We are sad to let you go. However, if you no longer wish to be an IKEA Family member, it is suggested that you delete/cancel your membership yourself due to your data safety concerns.
  • Please log in to your IKEA account, navigate to 'Manage my account' and then clicking on 'Login & safety'.
  • At the bottom of the page you will now be able to choose to close your account, this will happen only when the contact number and mobile number is verified.
 

IKEA Business Account Deletion:

If you wish to delete your account, please reach out to us by email at: customer.support.in@ikea.com, and we will assist you.
Just to let you know, after closing your account, you will no longer be able to enjoy the benefits of the IKEA Family or Business membership, and all personal information including purchase history & Wishlist will be permanently deleted.
