1. When does IKEA go live in Delhi-NCR?
IKEA’s online store launches on 1st March 2025 in Delhi-NCR. You will be able to order from our full range of 7,000+ products.
2. Is there are walk-in store (or a physical store)?
At the moment, we have online store in Delhi-NCR and other cities (in North India), where you can shop via IKEA website & app.
3. Which cities are covered?
We are serviceable in Delhi-NCR, Chandigarh, Agra, Prayagraj (Allahabad), Amritsar, Jaipur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Ludhiana, and Varanasi.
Important: The mentioned locations are serviceable based on selected pincodes. To know if your location is serviceable, please go to IKEA website or app and check it by entering your pincode at - 'Enter Postal Code'.
4. Can I order everything—furniture, home accessories, and decor?
Yes! You can shop for everything from furniture to home accessories and decor—all available online.
5. Will services like home planning, interior design, and assembly be available?
Yes! You can access remote planning and interior design support. Assembly and installation services are also available based on your location. To talk to our experts, call our tollfree number: 18004194532.
Note: The assembly and installation services are fulfilled by our service partners: Wify & Urban Company.
6. How fast will orders be delivered?
Delivery timelines will vary but are expected to be within 5 days, depending on the location and demand.
7. Where are deliveries managed from?
Orders are fulfilled from IKEA’s new distribution center in Gurugram to ensure smooth and fast deliveries.
8. Will IKEA’s pricing be different for Delhi-NCR?
No, pricing will remain the same across all markets in India.
9. Can I pay online and pick up from a store instead of getting it delivered?
Right now, IKEA in Delhi-NCR (including Chandigarh, Agra, Prayagraj (Allahabad), Amritsar, Jaipur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Ludhiana, and Varanasi) are e-commerce only, so all orders will be delivered directly to your home.
10. How do I track my order after purchase?
You can track your order in real-time using the IKEA app or website under the “My Orders” section.
11. Do you deliver everywhere in Delhi-NCR?
Yes! We deliver across Delhi, Gurugram, Greater Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad.
