How do I place an order on your website?

Please follow the below simple steps to shop online:

  2. Add products to your shopping bag
    Browse the IKEA Website or App and add your favorite articles to your shopping bag.
  3. Review your shopping bag
    Click the shopping bag icon in the top-right corner to review the items you've selected.
  4. Choose your delivery option - Home Delivery or Click & Collect
    Enter your postal code and select a delivery method of your choice and convenience.
  5. Enter your details
    Provide your name, contact number, and delivery address.
  6. Add your IKEA Family number (Applicable for IKEA Family member)
    If you're an IKEA Family member, enter your 19-digit IKEA Family number to enjoy member benefits.
  7. Review your order
    Check your order summary, including article details and applicable delivery charges.
  8. Complete the payment
    Select your preferred payment method and proceed with the payment process.
  9. Place your order
    Click "Complete my order" to finish your purchase. Your order confirmation will be shared once the order is successfully placed.
Start shopping and enjoy IKEA products from the comfort of your home.

Points to Remember:

1) If you are unable to place the online order, the capacity for the day might be full and please try placing order for the next day.
2) Any issue related to browser, please switch to other browser and try placing the order.
3) Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for the IKEA online orders.
