Can I get additional packaging for self-transportation of fragile articles?
Yes, at IKEA we provide a few sustainable packaging options available for self-service.
A self-service packing station is located at the Exchange & Returns counter (Ground Floor), after the Checkout Area.
You'll find newspapers, cello tape, and scissors available to help you pack fragile or glass items for safe transport.
These packaging materials are provided free of charge.

To ensure that your delivery is successful, you must provide a safe, clear, and adequate space for your products to be delivered by the TSP. If your delivery is going to a higher floor than ground level (i.e. an apartment), sufficient access via stairs or an elevator is required. Deliveries are limited to four floors of stairs unless an elevator is available. While most IKEA products can be delivered, some fragile, oversized, or seasonal items may have restrictions.
