Why can't I place an order?

Your ability to place an order is affected by stock availability at your nearest store and subject to the availability of timeslots.

Stock

When you order online for home delivery or Click and Collect, your products will be fulfilled from one of our nearest stores, depending on stock availability.

Timeslot Availability

If stock is the not the reason you are unable to place an order, it may also be due to unavailable timeslots.

If you are placing an order for Home Delivery, we may have exhausted all of the available bookings for the time being.

If you are placing a Click and Collect order, we may have reached the maximum number of orders that day. In either case, please contact us.

Unavailable Online

Some fragile items may not be available for parcel delivery to prevent damage during transportation. This will indicate that the item is for purchase in-store only.
