What is the difference between Self-Serve and Full-Serve?
Self-Serve allows you to collect items while Full-Serve items are picked by our team, usually due to their larger size.
Self-Serve allows you to pick up the items you wish to purchase from the aisles based on the aisle number and location number written on back of the product tag.
For items that direct you to contact a staff member to collect, these items are considered Full-Serve and can't be picked up from our aisles. Instead, a co-worker can place an order for you for our team in store to pick up for you. You can then collect your items from Exchange and Returns point after checking out.
