I want to know whether my order is confirmed?
Please check your email address to see if you have received your order confirmation, make sure you also check the Junk/Spam folder.
In most cases, you will receive the order confirmation email immediately. However, if there is any technical error which happens rarely, you may receive the email within 2-4 hours of successful payment. Check your bank account to ensure the payment has been taken and not just reserved. The order confirmation includes an order number, by which you can track your order on the page: Track & Manage my Order.
