Please check your inbox for your order confirmation email, and don’t forget to look in your Junk/Spam folder just in case.
You'll receive the confirmation right away. If there’s a slight delay, it may take 2-4 hours (though this is rare!). Meanwhile, you can check your bank account to confirm that the payment has been processed. Your order confirmation includes an order number, which you can use to track your order.

Yes, alternate collected must carry the order confirmation email and a valid government ID proof. They can be added at checkout while placing the Click and collect order.
